Departure / Arrival

We ask our guests on the day of departure to leave the apartment and the parking lot by no later than 10:00 am in the morning. The apartments are available from 16:00 pm in the afternoon. If needed we can vary here, if you contact us beforehand.

Number of guests

It is forbidden to include more people in the villa than stated in the booking confirmation. An additional booking on arrival is possible, as far as the number of beds allow to. In case of violation, we make use of our house right and resolve the lease immediately.

Noise

Be considerate to your neighbors, avoiding loudness and noise particularly between 22h and 8h.

Smoking

Please refrain from smoking within the villa, you may use the outside terraces for smoking. We kindly ask not to throw cigarette butts around the house, yard or outside it, and to take all precautionary measures in the prevention of fire.

Pool

Use the swimming pool on your own responsibility. Please use the outdoor shower before using the pool. Keep the children under constant supervision. Do not go wet in to the house, tile floors can be extremely slippery. The owner of the property is not responsible for any accidents or injuries to guests or their guests during their stay due to slippery floors or the like.
There is a pool cleaning schedule, usually twice a week.

Toilets

Please do not throw toilet paper in any toilet as this will block the filter system and drain pipes.

Pets

Are not allowed (sorry!).

Air-conditioning

When using the air-conditioning, we kindly ask that you please close the doors and windows to create a cooler environment for you. In addition, it is not necessary to leave the air-conditioning on all day if you are not home. The aircons are powerful enough to cool the entire room in a short time when you return.

Water, electricity and internet

Water, electricity and internet are included in the rental price of the property if used under normal conditions. Any possible use outside normal conditions (charging large batteries or cars, connecting large consumers of electricity, spilling large amounts of water, etc.) may be charged extra by the property owner. The property owner is not responsible for any interruptions in the supply of water, electricity and internet services (usually short supply interruptions can rarely be expected) beyond the control of the property owner.

Damage

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

Trash

Thailand has a tropical climate, it is always hot here. Keep the villa clean to prevent ants and all kinds of other pests from settling in and around the house. Please throw away any garbage every day in one of the blue waste containers outside the gate.

Complaints or problems

Any complaints or problems will be considered only if you report it immediately during your stay. If you encounter any troubles with anything in the villa, you are required to notify the owner immediately.

Disobey the house rules

As soon as you enter the villa, it is assumed that you and your guests have read and understood our House Rules and that you automatically agree with them as a result of your agreement to stay at our villa.

The guests who disobey the house rules and disturb the peace may be refused accommodation. In case of cancellation of accommodation by the host violation of house rules, the tenant will not be refunded the amount paid, regardless of shortened stays.
